Joe Frodsham is an accomplished executive in the field of leadership, talent, and organization development. He has led global change initiatives at Compaq Computer Corporation, and was Corporate Director of Leadership and Professional Development at Whirlpool Corporation. Joe has consulted with Anderson Consulting, and currently leads the Executive Solutions practice for Batrus Hollweg International, a human capital consulting firm, working with leaders, teams and organizations across industries. He speaks and writes for such organizations as Linkage Incorporated, the American Productivity and Quality Center, and the Center for Creative Leadership.
