According to Newsweek, 54% of employed Americans say that they’ll be looking for a new job once the economy turns around.  For the under-30 crowd that number leaps to 71%.  That’s a lot of people waiting to bolt, and you have to wonder what that means for your own workplace.  The cost of replacing an employee can easily be as much as his or her first year’s salary.  That’s too much to pay.  Luckily, you don’t have to.
