Dr. Barbara Reinhold is an internationally-known career coach and counselor, motivator and organizational problem solver. Formerly director of both the Career Development Office and Executive Education for Women at Smith College, Northampton, MA. Reinhold knows well the cultures of various kinds of organizations and fields, and what it takes to be successful there. As a psychologist, she is also skilled in helping people figure out what kinds of work best fit their talents, values and style.

She received her doctorate from Northeastern University, with concentrations in counseling psychology, organizational development and leadership studies. She is also a licensed mental health counselor and trained in transactional analysis, systems theory and neurolinguistic programming. Barbara sees clients in her home office in Easthampton, MA , and offers ongoing coaching and counseling sessions around the world by phone. She is also available for individual follow-up coaching as part of her organizational consultations.
