Karen Fenstermacher is a human resources professional with more than fifteen years experience in the field.  She has an extensive recruiting background in both corporate and contract search consulting.  Karen founded and actively manages NorthWest Recruiting Professionals (NWRPros), a team of scientific and technical recruiters for non-profit charitable foundations plus the life sciences and software industries.

Dana Davis is a Senior Workforce Developement Specialist at Primera Blue Cross, where she works to design and implement strategic solutions to enhance workforce performance. Prior to Premera, Dana worked as a Human Resource/Employee Relations Specialsit at Nordstrom, where she specialized in performance management, development planning, training and conflict resolution. She is a Professional Member of the Human Capital Institute, has been involved with the Chief Learning Officer Business Intelligence Board, and served as the Communications Director for the Seattle Society for human Resource Management (SHRM).
