Karen Kimsey-House, CPCC, MCC, was the founder and former director of the San Francisco Learning Annex, creating learning opportunities for adults in a wide variety of interests. If there is a theme that runs through Karen's career life it is a burning desire to help people live and love life to the fullest. She began coaching people to excel in their lives in the late 1980's and as co-founder of The Coaches Training Institute has been instrumental in the growth and development of Co-Active Coaching as a powerful force in the world. Karen is also a founder and an ongoing designer of the Co-Active Leadership Program, and a program leader. In addition, she is a frequent presenter at the annual International Coach Federation conference and is recognized as one of the profession's leading coaches.
